3 years ago I wasn’t looking to add a pet but when ITV posted about a litter of abandoned Boxer mix puppies, I couldn’t resist. I brought him home in October 2017. Earlier on he was treated for parvovirus and thankfully survived. Willie didn’t really look like a boxer or even part boxer so I purchased a DNA test just for fun. It came back 50% Tree Walking Coon Hound!!! The rest of the mix it American Staffordshire, Rottweiler and yes 12.5% boxer. No matter what the mix, we love our lazy, sometimes grumpy, 90 pound ‘Boxer mix’!
