It Takes A Village has been a trusted source for pet adoption for years, and we want to thank everyone who voted for us in the Evansville Courier Press Readers Choice Awards! We have won an award for “Best Place to Adopt A Pet” for 10 straight years! Most recently, ITV was selected as the Platinum Winner of the Reader’s Choice Award in 2022. In 2021, we were voted as “Favorite Nonprofit” by readers of Evansville Living magazine. In 2020, ITV was also selected as the reader’s choice for “Best Non-Profit!” These awards are motivation for our staff and volunteers to continue saving homeless animals in the Tri-State and beyond. We will gladly share and showcase this award at our rescue center to remind our volunteers that our community supports our tireless efforts. We will not stop until all paws have a home!!
